Born and raised in San Francisco, Alex Klonsky offers clients deep market insight and a lifetime of local knowledge. His early exposure to home restoration—through his father’s work as a builder and craftsman—sparked a passion for real estate that continues to fuel his approach today.
Alex holds a degree in Legal Studies in Business from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University and began his professional career in accounting and tax strategy. Prior to entering real estate, he advised clients—including real estate investors and brokers—on the financial structuring of property transactions, tax efficiency, and long-term investment planning.
Today, Alex leverages that background to offer data-driven guidance and exceptional service to homebuyers, sellers, and investors. He is known for his strategic thinking, calm demeanor, and strong negotiating skills. Whether assisting a first-time buyer or managing the sale of a multi-unit investment property, Alex is committed to exceeding expectations and delivering results.
Alex is proud to serve clients throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing in Tahoe, time at the beach, and family life with his wife Lauren, a NICU nurse at CPMC.
